Our company ICONTIO, based in Brno since 2006, develops software and applications that we continuously improve and successfully implement in companies and public institutions.
We also specialize in telemedicine and assistive technologies, which make patient and elderly care easier while ensuring their safety. Assistive technologies also help ergonomists and professionals monitor physical workload in both work and sports environments.

The head of our company is our CEO, Emil Vařeka, who has always sought innovative and simple solutions to complex challenges. His goal is to continually bring new approaches that help our clients succeed. Although the journey hasn’t always been easy, he never gave up, believing that we learn from our mistakes — and that every step forward helps us grow.

It all started with the idea of the e-Health platform SensCare, launched in 2017. Three years later, after consultations with Prof. David Tuček from UTB, we saw the opportunity to apply a similar concept to ergonomics — and thus, ErgoSens was born.
Together with our partners, we developed the concept and joined a TAČR research project. In 2024, we completed both the mobile and web applications, bringing new and practical solutions for ergonomics and workplace health.
